Vida promotes Nick Allen to Director of Marketing role

Vida Homeloans, the specialist mortgage lender for intermediaries, has announced two promotions in its Sales & Marketing team. Nick Allen, who has been part of the Vida team since inception, has been promoted to Director of Marketing and Simon Chapman, Digital Marketing Manager, has been promoted to Head of Marketing. Ian Giles, Director of Marketing at Vida since the launch of the company in 2016, moves to a marketing consultancy role as the business expands. 

Vida’s criteria-driven lending proposition has had a positive impact on the specialist lending sector since launch, and the business now has 10,000 intermediaries registered to conduct business and has originated more than £2 billion of applications in less than 2 years of lending. Vida has also achieved two securitisations worth more than £0.5 billion and has received eight industry awards.  Vida uses the latest technology to support and inform human decisions, helping intermediaries get specialist cases off their desks.
