Using self-serve
When you login to the customer portal you can now find key information about your account without the need to call or write to us, using Self-Serve. Self-Serve is the online mortgage service that gives you more control over your mortgage, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (This service is not currently available for limited company customers.)
with Self-Serve, you can:
- Send us a secure message - we'll get back to you within 5 working days.
- Check on your monthly payment details and see your recent payments. You can also see the total amount outstanding on your mortgage.
- See your remaining term, and the current interest rate and repayment type.
- Find details of any new payment amount, should these change due to an interest rate change.
- Make your monthly debit card payments quickly and securely.
- Update your contact details.
- Make overpayments by debit card.
- Request account information from us, for example a Redemption Statement.
