What's changed?
- Increased LTVs up to 85%
- Increased Interest Only LTVs up to 75% with the term extended to 40 years
- 6x loan to income now available to all clients
- Reduced the minimum loan size to £50k
- Expanded our residency offering, with new Visa types and only 1 year’s UK address history needed
- Zero Hours and Piecework Contractors now accepted with only 12 months experience
- Self employed only need 1 year of trading
- Expanded those who can support a Joint Borrower, Sole Proprietor mortgage
- Introduced Fee Saver products

- Removed restriction on the number of storeys
- We now consider all types of property near to / above commercial
- We’ve enhanced our criteria across cladding, flying freeholds and coach houses
- Extended postcode coverage in Scotland

Get registered
You'll need to register before you submit your client's residential or buy-to-let mortgage decision in principle or application.
To register, please make sure you have the following information to hand:
- Company name and Financial Services Register reference number
- Company registered address and office address (if different) including postcode
- Whether you are Directly Authorised (DA) or a Appointed Representative (AR). If AR please select your network company name
- Business submission route - via packager, club or network
- Personal contact details.
