Get our current service levels

Here are our current mortgage service levels. Updated daily:

  • DIP Referral: 24 hours
  • Valuation receipt: 7 working days
  • Initial Underwriter Review: 4 working days
  • Document Review: 3 working days
Get your criteria questions answered

We get it. You just want a quick answer on whether your specialist case will fit.

You can call the V-Hub on 03300 246 246 and run your client's case past one of our team. If you'd prefer, you can search our online lending criteria.

Get registered

You'll need to register before you submit your client's residential or buy-to-let mortgage decision in principle or application.

To register, please make sure you have the following information to hand:

  • Company name and Financial Services Register reference number
  • Company registered address and office address (if different) including postcode
  • Whether you are Directly Authorised (DA) or a Appointed Representative (AR). If AR please select your network company name
  • Business submission route - via packager, club or network
  • Personal contact details.
