Vida, the specialist lender, has launched a new range of limited edition products.

Two and five year products are available up to 65 per cent LTV across buy to let (BTL) and residential on the Vida 36 tier.

The BTL products are available on standard, houses of multiple occupancy (HMO) and multi-unit blocks (MUBs) with a fixed fee of £4,995.

Initial rates start at 6.79 per cent on a two year fixed and 6.44 per cent on a five year fixed.

Residential product initial rates are 7.19% on a two year fixed and 6.94% on a five year fixed, with a £995 fee.

All products are backed by Vida’s Service Pledge, which allows brokers to request a refund of the £180 application admin fee if they feel they have received anything but excellent service.
