Just want to take the time to talk to you around remortgaging and product transfers. Now, when it comes to remortgaging, we will allow you to capital raise for any legal purpose. If there’s any element of debt consolidation that’s also okay up to 80% loan to value. If your client had previously taken out a bridging loan secure on their property, we’re able to take out that bridging loan via remortgage, including any interest that is being rolled up and other previous lender fees also.

Now for married couples, we’re potentially able to look at this from a sole application for married couples. And if you need to remortgage your property within six months of purchase, we can also consider this.

For joint borrower, sole proprietors, we can have two applications on the mortgage but only one needs to be on the deed. When it comes to product transfers, we offer them. We will also allow your client to look at securing a product transfer with us within a six month period.
